£50 Call Out
I charge a £50 minimum visit to start things off. This covers my first hour at your place, making sure I arrive on time and leave everything spotless. After that, it is just £25 for every 30 minutes I work.

I like to be completely honest about costs. Here are a few things that might pop up during your home project.
Bits and Bobs
If I need to pick up wood, paint, or special screws, I will price those up separately so you know exactly what goes into the total.
Clearing the Mess
For the bigger jobs, I can take away old timber, paint tins, or garden bits. It is a small fee just to make sure things are disposed of right.
Getting to You
I will always chat about travel costs first. This covers parking and fuel for any visits to see you outside of Summercourt.
